Buzzy.co.uk launches to put the fun experience back into adult shopping

Buzzy.co.uk, a bold new UK adult toy website, has officially launched with a mission to drag the category out of the 1990s and into the modern world.

“Let’s be honest, most adult toy websites all look the same,” said Andy Barr, Head of Marketing at Buzzy.co.uk. “They feel dated, awkward, and stuck in the past. We wanted to build something completely different.”

Buzzy.co.uk was created to offer a fresher take on adult shopping. The brand embraces a modern, inclusive mindset where everyone feels welcome, pleasure is treated as normal, and the experience is designed to be relaxed and enjoyable.

With nearly 30 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, and having worked with some of the largest industry brands, the team behind Buzzy.co.uk saw a clear opportunity to do things differently.

“At some point you look around and think, why the devil not,” Barr added. “There was a chance to build something braver, louder, and more honest.”

The website soft launched in late October and quickly received positive feedback from early visitors. Following the peak Q4 shopping period, further tweaks were made based on customer behaviour and insights.

Now, Buzzy.co.uk is ready to be unleashed to the masses.

Launching initially in the UK, the brand aims to build a loyal audience by stripping away awkwardness and putting enjoyment back at the heart of adult shopping.

Buzzy.co.uk is adult retail without the clichés, without the cringe, and without pretending it is anything other than what it is.
