Delivery & Returns information for Buzzy.co.uk
Shipping and Returns - Kept Simple!
We keep things simple. If you want your order fast, go for next working day delivery at £9.99. If you are happy for it to wander its way to you in around 2 to 4 days, that will be £4.99.
Spend over £100 and delivery is free. Where possible we will send it next day, but it might take up to 4 days.
If you have splashed out and are in a rush, it is worth choosing the £9.99 next working day option just to be safe. If you do choose the next day delivery option, please note, orders after 3pm will be shipped on the next working day.
When it comes to returns, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We are a sex toy website and we know some of you are adventurous souls. That said, we will not accept worn undergarments, even though someone somewhere would probably pay good money for them. We will not, obviously.

Pop your return in the post using the return slip in your delivery package. Once it arrives back at our depot, we will sort your refund.
